It is very easy to change your current plan manager to us or from us to another plan manager. The choice and control are yours as an NDIS participant.
You do not have to provide any reasons to your plan manager whenever you switch to another plan manager, although leaving feedback will be helpful.
A participant can record, change, or remove a plan manager at any time by speaking with their myNDIS contact, calling the National Contact Centre at 1800 800 110, or emailing enquiries@ndis.gov.au.
Please let us know if you are ready to switch to ChoicePlan and provide the contact details of your existing plan manager. We will work with your current plan manager for a smooth transition to minimise any interruptions.
