If you are a NDIS participant and are currently not being plan managed but would like assistance from a professional plan manager like ChoicePlan, you can contact NDIS and request for additional funds for plan management be added to your plan by:

Alternatively at your planning meeting, you can inform the NDIS staff that you would like a plan manager to support you.

Additional funds will be added to your plan to pay for your plan manager.

It is important for you to be aware that it is your right to appoint a plan manager like ChoicePlan to help you. You do not have to provide any reasons whatseoever to NDIS.
